Consultant Team
Through a competitive bid process, the County hired a consultant team to help work with the CVC, provide maps and materials, and assemble the draft plan. The lead consultant for the comprehensive plan is Clarion Associates, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Clarion is a firm that works with local governments to prepare community visions and plans. Also part of the team is PlaceMatters, an independent 501(c)3 organization focused on innovative decision-making tools and methods.
